Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP HR Consultant to join our SAP practice. The ideal candidate should have solid technical expertise in SAP ABAP development with hands-on experience in SAP HCM modules. The role involves designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting SAP HR applications while working closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- - Develop, customize, and support SAP ABAP objects in SAP HCM.
- Develop Reports, ALV Reports, Smart Forms, SAP Scripts, Adobe Forms, Enhancements, User Exits, BAdIs, and Function Modules.
- Work on SAP HCM modules including:
- Personnel Administration (PA)
- Organizational Management (OM)
- Time Management (TM)
- Payroll
- Personnel Development (PD) (preferred)
- Develop Interfaces using IDoc, BAPI, RFC, File Interfaces, and Web Services.
- Build HR-specific reports using Logical Databases (PNP/PNPCE).
- Develop and enhance HR Infotypes and HR Forms.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide application support.
- Perform code optimization and performance tuning.
- Prepare technical design documents and unit test cases.




- Collaborate with functional consultants during implementation and support projects.

Required Skills

- - 3+ years of SAP ABAP development experience.
- Minimum 2 years of SAP HCM ABAP experience.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Reports (Classical & ALV)
- Smart Forms / Adobe Forms / SAP Scripts
- Enhancements, BAdIs, User Exits
- BAPI, RFC, IDoc
- HR Logical Databases (PNP, PNPCE)
- HR Infotypes
- Payroll Clusters
- HR Authorization Concepts
- Experience in debugging standard SAP programs.
- Good understanding of Object-Oriented ABAP.
- Knowledge of SAP HCM business processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- - Experience in SAP S/4HANA.
- Knowledge of CDS Views, AMDP, OData, and SAP Gateway.
- Exposure to SAP Fiori/UI5 is an added advantage.
- Experience in AMS and implementation projects.
- Positive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Educational Qualification

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
