Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage a team of DSA's (Direct Sales Agents) to achieve sales targets for Home Loans and Suvidha LAP products.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase market share, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance revenue growth.
- Build strong relationships with customers through effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with team members to identify areas of improvement and provide coaching/training as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
Minimum Requirements-
1. Minimum 3-4 Years of experience in the same industry/role.
2. Strong market network & connection.
3. Valuable knowledge of Home Loans and Lap.
4. Existing DSA network in the market.
5. Age below 30 years.
