Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide production support for SAP systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to system performance, availability, and security.

- Perform kernel upgrades and user administration tasks to ensure optimal system configuration.

- Offer suggestions on improving system performance through tuning and optimization techniques.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues affecting business operations.

- Ensure timely resolution of incidents reported by users or stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 5-10 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration (HANA & NON-HANA) with expertise in System refresh, Kernel Upgrade, User Administration, Production Support.

- Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.C.A., B.Com).

- Solid understanding of SAP S/4 HANA Administration and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
