Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead process engineering projects from concept to commercialization, ensuring successful scale-up and implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop PFDs (Process Flow Diagrams), HAZOPs (Hazard Operability Studies), and Pilot Plants for recent products.
- Provide technical services to support production operations, including troubleshooting issues and optimizing processes for improved efficiency and quality.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication of project progress and results.

Job Requirements :

- 7-12 years of experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences industry as a Process Engineer or similar role.
- Strong understanding of technology transfer, tech transfer, PID control systems, PFD development, HAZOP analysis, pilot plant operation.
- Experience with scale-up strategies for biotechnology processes; ability to work effectively at both lab-scale and industrial-scale facilities.
