- Manage heat treatment processes, including annealing, normalizing, hardening, and tempering.
- Conduct material analysis to determine optimal processing conditions for various materials.
- Oversee surface treatment operations such as grinding, polishing, and coating applications.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations in the automobile industry.
Job Requirements :
- 10-15 years of experience in mechanical metallurgy or related field.
- Robust knowledge of furnace operation and maintenance (sealed quench furnace).
- Proficiency in SQF (Sealed Quench Furnace) technology is required.
