Role Overview

The Operations Lead will be responsible for managing and stabilizing Facility Operations Support processes, ensuring high-quality service delivery, operational efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction. The role involves leading a team, driving process improvements, and enabling seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations Management

- Oversee end-to-end Facility Ops Support activities
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and quality benchmarks
- Drive process stabilization with minimal deviations

2. Team Leadership

- Manage, mentor, and develop team members
- Build team capability and ensure readiness for operations
- Drive ownership, accountability, and performance consistency

3. Stakeholder Management

- Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders
- Ensure timely communication, issue resolution, and expectation alignment

4. Process Improvement & Automation

- Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with MIS/Automation teams for BOT implementation




- Drive cycle time reduction and productivity improvements

5. Risk & Escalation Management

- Proactively identify risks (including attrition, process gaps)
- Ensure timely escalation and mitigation of issues

6. Reporting & Governance

- Ensure accurate reporting and adherence to governance frameworks
- Participate in review calls and leadership updates

- Strong operations management and process knowledge
- Effective people leadership and team management
- Stakeholder management and communication skills
- Analytical thinking & problem-solving
- Experience in process improvement / automation (BOT, MIS)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure

Qualifications & Experience

- Graduate/Postgraduate with relevant experience in operations
- Proven experience in handling teams and managing processes
- Experience in Facility Ops / Reporting / Workforce operations is preferred
