We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer with solid hands-on expertise in VMware virtualization, Cisco UCS and Windows Server environments. The candidate will be responsible for administration, troubleshooting, performance optimization and support of enterprise data center infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support VMware vSphere, ESXi and vCenter environments.
- Manage VMware HA, DRS, vMotion, VM provisioning, migration and resource allocation.
- Monitor and troubleshoot VMware performance, availability and capacity issues.
- Administer Cisco UCS, including UCS Manager, Fabric Interconnects, B-Series/C-Series servers and server profiles.
- Perform server provisioning, firmware upgrades,
hardware troubleshooting and capacity management.
- Administer and troubleshoot Windows Server environments.
- Support Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy and Windows server services.
- Handle incidents, problem management, change requests and production escalations.
- Perform patching, upgrades, backup/restore and infrastructure maintenance.
- Monitor infrastructure health and ensure high availability, reliability and performance.
- Prepare technical documentation and follow enterprise ITIL/change-management processes.
- Collaborate with network, storage, security and application teams for infrastructure operations.
