Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage sales teams to achieve monthly targets for Bussing, transformers, and other electrical products.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and revenue growth.
- Build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions through product demonstrations and presentations.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Job Requirements :
- 5-15 years of experience in the electrical equipment industry or the transformers industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a similar role.
- Solid knowledge of LT panels, transformers, and other electrical products.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
