About The Role

The Career Artist is building an AI-native Hiring Operating System that automates the recruitment lifecycle through AI agents, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate engagement, offer optimization, fraud detection and workforce analytics.

We are looking for a Co-Founder & CTO who can lead technology from 01, build the product architecture, establish the engineering team and drive our AI technology strategy.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and own the overall technology vision and roadmap.
- Architect and build a scalable, multi-tenant SaaS platform.
- Lead AI/ML, backend, frontend, DevOps and infrastructure.
- Build AI Agents, RAG systems, Voice AI and autonomous workflows.
- Lead integrations with LLMs and AI platforms.
- Build secure, scalable and high-availability cloud infrastructure.
- Hire, mentor and lead the technology team.
- Establish engineering standards, CI/CD and development processes.
- Work closely with the Founder on product strategy, fundraising and investor discussions.
- Drive technology decisions, security, compliance and technical budgeting.

Frontend: React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS
AI: OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, MCP, RAG
Databases: PostgreSQL, Redis, Vector Databases
Cloud: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD
Bonus: Voice AI, Contact Center, HRTech, Enterprise SaaS, Agentic AI

Ideal Candidate





- 7+ years of software/technology experience, preferably with startup or product-building experience.
- Strong experience building products from 0 to 1.
- Hands-on expertise in AI/LLM-based applications and scalable SaaS architecture.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business and product understanding.
- Experience leading engineering teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Passionate about AI, automation and the future of work.
- Strong communication and investor-facing skills.

Founder Investment

This is a genuine Co-Founder opportunity, not a conventional salaried CTO role.

Founder Capital Requirement: 20,00,000

The investment will support product development, AI infrastructure, cloud resources, engineering hiring, security/compliance and go-to-market execution.

Equity, founder vesting, governance, shareholder rights and investment terms will be finalized through formal legal agreements.
