Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer with strong expertise in Manual Testing and Automation Testing using Playwright. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in testing web applications and should have worked on real customer projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business and technical requirements and create comprehensive test scenarios.
- Prepare and execute test cases, test scripts, and test plans.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing.
- Identify, document, and track defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright.
- Execute automated regression and functional test suites.
- Identify suitable test cases for automation.
- Maintain and enhance existing Playwright automation frameworks.
- Validate application functionality across different browsers and environments.
- Perform API and backend validation where required.
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve defects.
- Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback from a QA perspective.
- Analyze test results and prepare testing reports.




- Support release validation and production deployments.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
- Ensure application quality meets business and customer expectations.

Mandatory Skills

- 6+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance / Testing.
- Robust hands-on experience in Manual Testing.
- Strong hands-on experience with Automation Testing.
- Hands-on experience with Playwright.
- Experience creating and executing test cases.
- Strong knowledge of functional and regression testing.
- Experience with defect tracking and management.
- Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
- Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience working on real customer-facing projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- JavaScript/TypeScript.
- API testing.
- Postman.
- SQL/database validation.
- CI/CD integration.
- Git.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum.
- Experience with Selenium/Cypress is a plus.

Candidate Profile

Candidates must have strong hands-on Manual and Automation Testing experience, particularly with Playwright, and should have delivered testing solutions for real customer projects. Candidates with only theoretical or training experience will not be considered.
