This role is required to work IST Night Shift - 6:30 PM - 4 AM. Part-time OR on a contract / as-needed basis.

Position Description:

The US Immigration Consultant is responsible for delivering on all aspects of the immigration programs. The successful candidate will be providing training, guidance, and support in regards to all immigration related services as needed. This individual contributor role will also participate in initiatives to enhance our company services, drive efficiencies and identify opportunities to meet the needs of a rapidly increasing global and mobile employee base.

Responsibilities include:

US Visa Filing and processing

Different USA visa petitions management

Handling Student visas - OPT, CPT, etc.

H1B CAP, Extension, Transfers, amendments Filing

B1 Filing

PERM / GC processing

LCA Management

Sending the H1 package to the employees, collecting the documents as per the checklist related to the petition. Ex: H1B Cap, H1B extension, H1B Transfer, H1B Amendment

Applying new LCA as per the job location and prevailing wages.

Screening all the documents as per the checklist and getting the petition ready

Filling I-129, I-129H, I-129DC, LCA, Petition Letter, Supporting documents.

Filling I-539, if there are any dependents (H4 dependents)

Filling I-907 for Premium processing (If required to file the case in premium

Preparing Cover letter with the fee information and H1/H4 Supporting document information, Vendor letter.

Taking care of the RFE's

Verifying Client Letter and Vendor letters, modifying based on the petition

Co-coordinating with Attorney's to file the petition in the right way and right time to avoid the delays





Employee Communication / Query Handling on HR & Immigration related issues.

Organize, Maintain and file legal documents. Monitor status of the pending H-1B cases, track expiration dates, run reports.

Updating & maintaining of various immigration & HR reports

Knowledge and Experience Required:

- 5 plus years of employment - based immigration experience or Immigration Consultant either at a law firm or in - house, managing VISAs and various permanent residence programs in US, Cananda, and India
- Experience completing all necessary paperwork, US government forms and filing applications with USCIS is REQUIRED. (not just collecting documents and passing along to an attorney)
** We are looking for someone who actually has done the filings and has filled out the forms (not just collected documents and passed them to an attorney).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills is REQUIRED

- To be extremely organized in a rapidly growing environment
- Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives along with deep understanding and experience in delivering high levels of customer service.
- Bachelor degree from a recognized University preferred;
- Experience with temporary immigration applications
- Excellent written and verbal communications ability to interface with all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated passion for delivering a outstanding customer experience
- Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently with emphasis on attention to detail
- Must be a highly motivated self - starter and be able to work with a minimal supervision
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Suite
