Prime Landlords GmbH is a Berlin-based real estate and rental operations company managing 150+ properties and 300+ tenants across Germany. We are hiring a Business Operations Associate to work directly with our Operations Manager, owning day-to-day tasks so nothing falls through the cracks.
What you'll own: Bookkeeping and reconciliation support, keeping financial records clean and accurate. Tracking bills, invoices, and contracts end-to-end. Managing inbox and vendor communication independently. Maintaining data hygiene in reports, including cleaning up numbers that are written in words. Owning tasks assigned by the Operations Manager and reporting status back without needing to be chased.
Preferred candidate profile
What you bring: Solid Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and clean data habits.
A genuine sense of ownership and judgment - we care more about how you think than where you studied. Sharp attention to detail, especially with numbers and messy data. Comfort with ambiguity and minimal hand-holding. A B.Com, BBA, MBA, or similar finance, business, or management-related degree is preferred.
A note on AI tools: You are welcome to use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude in your work - we see it as a genuine advantage, not something to hide or feel awkward about. If you can get to a better, faster result without it, that is great too. What matters is the quality and reliability of your output, not how you got there.
