We are seeking a motivated Junior Full-Stack Developer with strong PHP Laravel and frontend development skills to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for a developer with 1-5 years of experience who is passionate about web development, enjoys solving problems, and is eager to learn and grow.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing existing web applications, supporting new feature development, performing testing and quality assurance activities, and assisting with platform deployments.

Working closely with the Senior Development Team and business stakeholders, you will play an important role in ensuring the ongoing stability, quality, and evolution of our platforms.

- Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using PHP and Laravel.
- Create responsive and user-friendly interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
- Assist with the development and rollout of new platform features and enhancements.
- Perform change deployments across development, testing, and production environments.
- Conduct functional testing, regression testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Comfortable with the usage of AI development tools (ChatGPT, ClaudeAI)
- Perform quality control and validation of new features and enhancements before release.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and defects.
- Support integrations with third-party platforms and services.
- Assist with database maintenance, updates, and optimisation activities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, designers, and developers throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Participate in Agile and Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Maintain technical documentation and deployment records.
