About the Role

We are looking for a talented and motivated Architect with 2–4 years of experience to join our architectural team in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have strong design sensibilities, good technical knowledge, and the ability to take projects from concept through working drawings and execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural concepts, designs, and presentations for residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare detailed working drawings, construction drawings, and documentation.
- Develop plans, elevations, sections, and architectural details.
- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP, and other consultants.
- Assist in material selection, design development, and preparation of specifications.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with contractors and site teams.
- Review drawings and ensure design intent is maintained during execution.
- Assist in obtaining necessary approvals and ensuring compliance with applicable building regulations.
- Participate in client meetings and incorporate design feedback.
- Manage assigned project deliverables within agreed timelines.

Requirements

- B.Arch / M.Arch from a recognized institution.




- 2–4 years of professional experience in an architectural practice.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD is essential.
- Working knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape, Photoshop or similar software will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of construction details, materials, and building practices.
- Knowledge of Tamil Nadu building regulations and approval requirements is preferred.
- Strong design, visualization, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Valuable time management and attention to detail.
