Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide production support for SAP systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to system performance, availability, and security.

- Perform kernel upgrades, user administration, role administration, and system refreshes as needed.

- Monitor system performance using tools like HANA Studio and SAP System Monitoring (SMON).

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of problems and implement solutions.

- Ensure timely resolution of incidents through effective communication with stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 5-10 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration on HANA platform.

- Solid knowledge of SAP NetWeaver architecture and its components.

- Experience with Kernel Upgrade process from one version to another (e.g., ECC 6.0 to ECC 7.0).

- Proficiency in performing User Administration tasks such as creating new users, assigning roles/permissions, etc.
