Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute product strategies to drive business growth in the IVD industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch recent products, manage existing ones, and optimize sales performance.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to inform product decisions.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
Job Requirements :
- 3-13 years of experience in a similar role within the medical devices & equipment industry.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and ability to analyze sales data effectively.
- Experience with hematology or IVD products is preferred but not required.
