About the Role

The SAP Senior Analyst Order-to-Cash (OTC) is a hands-on functional expert responsible for the design, configuration, and support of SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and Order-to-Cash processes, including order management, pricing, billing, shipping, and EDI integrations. The role partners closely with Sales, Logistics, Customer Service, and Finance stakeholders to translate business needs into reliable, well-documented SAP solutions, and combines strong OTC functional depth with the ability to troubleshoot, configure, and continuously improve the end-to-end process.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Delivery

- Design, configure, and implement SAP OTC solutions (SD, pricing, billing, shipping, EDI) that meet business needs.
- Partner with Sales, Logistics, Customer Service, and Finance to translate requirements into technical/functional solutions and specification documents.
- Support end-to-end OTC process design — order entry, pricing, delivery, billing, and third-party/EDI integrations.
- Monitor assigned project and support tickets, flag risks early, and help keep work on track.

Technical Quality & Best Practices

- Apply best practices in SD/OTC configuration, documentation, and testing; conduct root-cause analysis and troubleshooting.
- Conduct thorough unit, integration,



and regression testing of configuration changes prior to release.
- Evaluate and recommend tools, reports, and process improvements within the OTC domain; stay current on S/4HANA OTC developments.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

- Provide guidance and informal mentorship to junior analysts; coordinate with cross-functional IT/business teams (Finance, Salesforce, Logistics, EDI partners).
- Identify process improvements that enhance productivity, data quality, and operational efficiency, in partnership with the Team Lead/Manager.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
- 12+ years of SAP experience with solid depth in OTC/SD, including hands-on configuration of pricing, billing, shipping, and order management.
- Working knowledge of EDI processes related to order-to-cash (order intake, ASN, invoicing); experience across ECC and/or S/4HANA.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with good communication skills for working with business stakeholders and IT teams.
- Experience with cross-functional integrations (e.g., Salesforce, third-party logistics/EDI) is a plus.
