Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Store Manager to manage our Mia by Tanishq store. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in jewellery retail, team handling, customer service, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Drive sales and revenue targets for the store.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
- Ensure excellent customer service and build solid customer relationships.
- Handle high-value customers and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Maintain proper stock, inventory, billing, and security procedures.
- Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation meet brand standards.
- Monitor team attendance, grooming, discipline, and productivity.
- Analyse sales performance and implement action plans to achieve targets.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and jewellery retail processes.
- Coordinate with the management/HO for business and operational requirements.

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 4+ years of experience in the jewellery retail industry.
- Prior experience as a Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager / Floor Manager is preferred.
- Strong sales and target-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Good leadership and team-management abilities.
- Strong knowledge of jewellery products, gold, diamonds, and retail processes.
- Good grooming, personality, and professional attitude.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven retail environment.
