We are hiring experienced candidates for our International Voice Process AML/KYC.

Job Responsibilities

- Handle international customer calls.
- Perform AML, KYC, CDD and EDD activities.
- Investigate fraud-related transactions.
- Handle risk management activities.
- Resolve customer queries professionally.

Mandatory Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in AML/KYC Voice Process.
- Experience in AML, EDD & CDD Mandatory.
- Experience in fraud investigation.
- Valuable knowledge of Risk Management.
- Excellent English communication skills.




- Graduates/Postgraduates can apply.
- Immediate joiners only.

Shift & Work Details

- 24/7 rotational shifts, Rotational week-offs, 5 days working, Work from office.
- No virtual interviews candidates must attend an in-person interview.
- Outstation candidates are not eligible.
- Cabs transport policy- Cab will be provided within 25kms radius from office location and Cab will be provided only in night shift.
