Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Oversee team members to achieve departmental goals, providing guidance on accounting procedures and best practices.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency.
Job Requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience in an assistant account manager role or similar position.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards).
- Excellent team management skills, with ability to lead a team effectively.
- Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
