Roles and Responsibilities

- Conduct quality checks on raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, and packaging materials to ensure compliance with company standards.

- Perform lab testing of food products using HPLC, GC, UV spectrophotometry, pH meter, viscometer, etc. to detect impurities and contaminants.

- Develop and implement quality control procedures for recent product launches to ensure seamless integration into existing processes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues related to product development and manufacturing.

- Maintain accurate records of all quality-related activities, including test results, inspection reports, and documentation.
