About the Role

Leo TechnoSoft Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Technical

Lead with robust expertise in RPA, Python, AI Technologies, n8n, and Microsoft Power Automate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading technical initiatives, designing automation solutions, and guiding the development team.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage technical projects involving RPA, Python, AI, and automation technologies.
- Design, develop, and implement automation workflows using n8n and Power Automate.
- Develop automation solutions using Python and integrate AI technologies into business processes.
- Analyze business requirements and convert them into scalable technical solutions.
- Lead the development team, conduct code reviews, and ensure coding standards are followed.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Integrate APIs, databases, third-party applications, and automation platforms.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes through automation and AI.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.




- Prepare technical documentation and maintain project-related records.
- Mentor team members and support their technical growth.

Must-Have Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with RPA technologies.
- Strong programming knowledge in Python.
- Practical experience with AI Technologies and AI-driven automation.
- Hands-on experience with n8n workflow automation.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate.
- Experience with API integrations and workflow automation.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead a team and manage multiple technical requirements.

Good to Have

- Experience with AI/ML frameworks and LLM-based solutions.
- Knowledge of databases and SQL.
- Experience with cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of Git/version control.
- Experience working with enterprise automation projects.
