We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Cashier to join our restaurant team. The candidate will be responsible for handling billing and payments, maintaining accurate cash records, and ensuring a smooth and efficient checkout experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle cash, card, UPI, and other payment transactions accurately.
- Operate the restaurant POS system for billing and payment processing.
- Generate and verify guest bills before accepting payments.
- Manage cash counter operations and maintain proper cash records.
- Perform daily cash reconciliation and closing procedures.
- Handle refunds, cancellations, discounts, and complimentary bills as per company policies.
- Coordinate with the restaurant team regarding orders, bills, and payment-related queries.
- Assist guests with billing and payment-related concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and report discrepancies to the concerned manager.




- Ensure the cash counter and surrounding area are clean and organized.
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to cash handling, billing, and security.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional grooming and communication standards.

Eligibility
