Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Trainee to join our US Staffing team.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating business leads, and developing relationships with clients in the US market.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and generate new business opportunities in the US staffing market.
* Conduct cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to potential clients.
* Understand clients’ staffing and hiring requirements.
* Introduce and explain our staffing/recruitment services to prospective clients.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
* Follow up with leads and convert prospects into business opportunities.




* Coordinate with the recruitment team to understand client requirements.
* Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in CRM.
* Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
* Work according to US business hours/time zones when required.

Required Skills:

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Positive interpersonal, convincing, and negotiation skills.
* Strong interest in Sales and Business Development.
* Comfortable with cold calling and client interaction.
* Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
* Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and LinkedIn.
* Willingness to work in US shifts.
* Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome.
