Salary: Up to 65,000 per month

Responsibilities:

* Review medical records, operative reports, and clinical documentation.

* Assign accurate ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes.

* Ensure accurate coding for surgical procedures and diagnoses.

* Follow client-specific coding guidelines and compliance requirements.

* Maintain required productivity and accuracy standards.

* Identify documentation gaps and coding discrepancies.

* Handle complex surgical cases with minimal supervision.

2. ENM Medical Coder

Experience: Minimum 1 year

Specialty: ENM + Cardio

Salary: 55,000 60,000 per month

Responsibilities:

* Review physician documentation for accurate E/M and diagnosis coding.

* Assign appropriate ICD-10-CM and CPT codes.

* Apply E/M and Cardiology coding guidelines accurately.

* Ensure coding compliance and documentation accuracy.





* Meet quality and productivity targets.

* Resolve coding-related discrepancies and complex cases.

3.Team Lead / Senior Roles

Experience: Minimum 5 years

Salary:Up to 12 LPA

Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage coding teams and daily operations.

* Monitor productivity, quality, and accuracy.

* Conduct audits and provide constructive feedback.

* Handle escalations and complex coding cases.

* Coach and mentor team members.

* Identify process gaps and implement improvement measures.

* Prepare and track performance reports.

* Ensure adherence to coding guidelines and client requirements.

* Coordinate with QA and operations teams to achieve business targets.
