Job Overview

We are seeking a energetic and result-oriented US IT Recruiter with strong hands-on experience in W2 and Full-Time hiring. The ideal candidate should possess excellent sourcing skills, strong understanding of US staffing processes, and the ability to close positions for direct clients and implementation partners within tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

- Handle complete recruitment life cycle for US IT requirements.
- Work extensively on W2 and Full-Time positions.
- Source and recruit candidates using Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, CareerBuilder, and internal ATS.
- Perform resume analysis, technical screening, and behavioral assessment.
- Validate candidate availability, visa status, relocation, and compensation expectations.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Ensure quick turnaround time on client requirements.




- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for recurring skill sets.
- Maintain regular communication with consultants throughout recruitment process.
- Track submissions, interviews, placements, and onboarding activities.
- Follow compliance and documentation standards for W2 hiring.
- Work on niche and priority technologies across multiple domains.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong experience in US IT Staffing.
- Proven expertise in W2 and Full-Time hiring.
- Good understanding of US tax terms and employment types.
- Experience handling direct client requirements.
- Strong sourcing capability using Boolean search techniques.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Must have good understanding of:

- USC ,Green Card,H1B ,H4 EAD,OPT/CPT ,TN Visa & GC-EAD
