Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer Layout Development to manage and execute residential layout and infrastructure development works. The candidate should have robust hands-on experience in site execution, contractor management, quality control and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise residential layout development works from execution to completion.
- Execute and monitor internal roads, paver roads, kerb walls and compound walls.
- Supervise RCC drains,trenches, Hume pipe laying, sewer lines and water lines.
- Coordinate electrical ducting and other external development works.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications and required levels.
- Manage subcontractors,manpower, materials and daily site activities.
- Monitor work progress,quality, safety and project timelines.




- Coordinate with consultants,contractors and internal project teams.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
- Identify site issues and ensure timely corrective actions.

Qualifications & Experience

- Diploma / BE / B.Tech Civil Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in layout development / infrastructure works.
- Strong experience in residential plotted development and external infrastructure works.
- Hands-on knowledge of roadwork, drainage roadwork, drainage roadwork,drainage, sewerage, water supply and utility works.
- Good understanding of drawings,levels, measurements and site execution.
- Experience in real estate / layout development projects is preferred.
- Strong leadership,coordination and site management skills.
