Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated CA Article Assistant to join our Internal Audit team. The selected candidate will assist in conducting internal audits, evaluating internal controls, identifying process improvements, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. This role offers excellent exposure to risk management, governance, and audit methodologies across various business functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and executing internal audit assignments.
- Review and evaluate internal controls, business processes, and operational efficiency.
- Perform process walkthroughs and document audit observations.
- Prepare audit working papers, reports, and supporting documentation.
- Identify control gaps and recommend corrective actions.
- Verify compliance with company policies, SOPs, and applicable regulations.
- Conduct data analysis and transaction testing to identify risks and exceptions.
- Follow up on audit findings and monitor the implementation of corrective actions.
- Coordinate with various departments to gather audit evidence and clarify observations.
- Support special audits, investigations,



and risk assessment exercises as required.

Eligibility

- CA Articleship candidate registered with ICAI.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and auditing concepts.
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills

- Basic knowledge of internal audit methodologies and risk assessment.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Tally is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
