Role: TIBCO EBX Application & Platform Support Engineer / Technical Lead

Job Description:
Responsible for providing L2/L3 application and platform support for TIBCO EBX, including incident, problem and change management, platform monitoring, troubleshooting, performance optimization, configuration and deployment support. The role involves working closely with application teams, infrastructure, database and business teams to ensure EBX platform availability, stability and data governance operations.

Key Skills:
Strong hands-on experience in TIBCO EBX / EBX Platform
EBX data models, datasets, workflows, data services and permissions
Application configuration, administration and platform maintenance




L2/L3 incident and problem management
Troubleshooting application, workflow, integration and performance issues
EBX upgrades, patches, deployments and environment management
Java/J2EE and REST/SOAP API knowledge
SQL and database troubleshooting
Application server knowledge such as Tomcat/WebLogic
Linux/Unix scripting and log analysis
Integration knowledge with TIBCO BW, APIs, ETL or other enterprise systems
Monitoring, batch/job support and production health checks
ITIL-based incident, problem and change management
Positive coordination with infrastructure, DB, security and development teams
