Drive end-to-end resource lifecycle management to maximize team utilization, optimize bench costs, and streamline project staffing in coordination with Delivery, HR, and Finance teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Fulfillment: Review Resource Requests (RRs) and prioritize internal allocation from the Global Pool over external hiring.
- PSA Operations: Manage resource assignments, schedules, and approvals in Salesforce PSA within 24 hours.
- Utilization Bench: Monitor bench reports, track low utilization, and enforce a 30-day advance notice for ramp-downs.
- Data HRIS Sync: Reconcile PSA allocation data with HRIS (DarwinBox) headcount and exits.
- 4?6 years in RMG/Resource Operations within IT Services.
- Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce PSA, JIRA, and HRIS tools (DarwinBox).
- Robust skills in excel-based data analytics and weekly leadership reporting (demand, utilization, bench cost).
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (HR/Business Administration preferred).
