Role Overview

We are seeking a technically proficient
programmer to support the implementation, governance and continuous improvement
of AI and marketing technology initiatives. The role will work closely with
Marketing, IT and external technology partners to ensure all digital solutions
are secure, scalable, well-documented and successfully adopted by business
users.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate end-to-end delivery of
AI and technology projects across marketing

?
Work with internal stakeholders
and technology partners to define project requirements, timelines and
deliverables.

?
Monitor project progress and
ensure timely implementation.

?
Establish governance frameworks
for AI solutions, ensuring adherence to security, privacy and compliance
standards.

?
Evaluate AI tools and platforms
for enterprise readiness and risk.

?
Develop AI agents / dashboards to
improve process efficiency

?
Ensure responsible AI adoption
aligned with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

?
Maintain documentation related to
AI governance and technology standards.

?
Prepare test plans and conduct
functional, integration and user acceptance testing (UAT).

?
Identify defects, coordinate issue
resolution and validate fixes before production deployment.

?




Ensure smooth production rollouts

?
Create and maintain functional
documentation, process flows, user manuals and technical project documentation.

?
Develop SOPs for AI and technology
solutions.

?
Using platforms such as Claude
code, chatgpt agent builder, python, codex, , , sql, git and ftp

?
Maintain version control and
implementation records.

?
Coordinate with Marketing, IT,
Product teams and external vendors to ensure successful project execution.

?
Track deliverables and escalate
risks where required.

?
Support vendor evaluations and
technology assessments.

Preferred Experience

?
3?5 years of experience in
Technology, Digital Transformation, AI Implementation or Product Support.

?
Experience working with software
vendors, implementation partners or technology teams.

?
Exposure to AI platforms,
marketing technology or enterprise applications is preferred. Understanding of coding concepts or software
architecture
