Job Role

Responsible for checking and approving loan applications at the branch. Reviews customer financial details to ensure they can repay loans. Follows company rules to reduce risk and avoid bad loans. Monitoring loan performance and supports the team for smooth and timely processing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Checking of files for required minimum documents application form, KYC, income documents, banking, etc. and Login of files

- Raising query for incompleteness, if any

- Check for CIBIL reports and available documents for loan eligibility

- Going for personal discussion with customer for business, property and residence

- Checking for completeness of critical financial query

- Preparation of CAM for loan recommendation along with visit reports (in standard format latest version shared from HO)

- Recommendation/rejection of cases with detailed reason

- System data entry of cases and issue of sanction letter





- Preparation and updating of daily MIS and submission to HO team

- Coordinate with various departments for coordination and smooth functioning and for submission/compliance of observations, if any

- Follow up with customers in early delinquent cases

- Checking of valuation reports for correctness/accuracy

- Submission of files to operations team along with copy of approval and signed visit reports

- Initiation of FCU after sanction

Required Skills:

- Positive at checking loan applications
- Knowledge of loan rules and policies
- Knowledge of credit risk management
- Ability to control bad loans
- Coordination with sales and operation team
- Ability to maintain quality credit portfolio

Qualifications:

- Graduate / Postgraduate
- 7 - 10 years’ experience in Credit
- Experience in HFC / NBFC / Banking preferred
