Kongsi Tea Bar is a Thai bubble tea brand expanding in India. Over the next 2 years, it plans to grow to ~100 outlets using a franchisedriven model, focusing on major cities and premium locations like hotels and malls. The brand targets young urban consumers with authentic Thai beverages and snacks, emphasizing quality, experience, and brand consistency.
Role Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Regular outlet visits to inspect and maintain QSR assets
- Routine checks of AC, TV, Freezer, Chiller, and Cooler
- Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance with vendors
- Ensure smooth functioning of equipment across outlets
- Travel to outlets in Bangalore
- Maintain asset and maintenance records
Requirements:
- Experience in maintenance (QSR / Retail / Hospitality preferred)
- Basic knowledge of electrical and refrigeration equipment
- Willingness to travel regularly
- Positive coordination and reporting skills
