About the Role

Conceptia Konnect is seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Customer Outreach Associate to support our Marketing Team. The role involves engaging with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, generating leads, and creating awareness about the company's products and services. Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Reach out to prospective customers through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales and marketing teams.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients and nurture customer relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and communicate relevant solutions.
- Support marketing campaigns, webinars, events, and promotional activities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to support business growth.
- Prepare and share outreach reports and campaign updates.

Required Qualifications





- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Confident, self-motivated, and customer-focused approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to learn marketing and customer engagement practices.

Preferred Skills

- Exposure to customer interaction, tele-calling, or marketing activities through internships/projects.
- Knowledge of CAD/Engineering industry will be an added advantage.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
