Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced L3 Linux & Red Hat OpenShift Administrator to manage and support mission-critical enterprise infrastructure, with strong expertise in Linux, RHEL, High Availability/Clustering, and OpenShift environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer and troubleshoot RHEL/Linux servers and HA/Cluster environments.
- Manage Red Hat OpenShift clusters, including installation, upgrades, patching, monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Provide L3 support for critical production incidents and perform RCA.
- Implement OS hardening, security patches and VAPT remediation.
- Automate administration and patching activities using Ansible.
- Manage performance, capacity, DR, failover/failback and 24x7 production support.
- Troubleshoot networking, storage, virtualization and backup-related issues.
- Coordinate with Application, Database, Network, Security and Infrastructure teams.
- Provide technical guidance to L1/L2 teams and drive automation and operational improvements.

Preferred candidate profile

- Qualification: Bachelors degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering or equivalent
- Experience: 7 to 10 Years

Red Hat / OpenShift / Ansible certifications will be an added advantage.
