Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and responsible Shift Manager and ARM to manage day-to-day operations at Popeyes outlet located DLF Mall Goa. The candidate will ensure smooth functioning of the restaurant, deliver excellent customer service, and lead the team efficiently during shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee restaurant operations during assigned shifts
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle concerns professionally
- Supervise, train, and motivate team members
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards
- Manage inventory, stock control, and reduce wastage
- Handle billing, cash management, and shift reporting
- Coordinate between kitchen and service teams
- Ensure outlet cleanliness and compliance with brand standards
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in QSR / restaurant operations
- Strong leadership and team handling skills
- Valuable communication skills
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Basic understanding of POS, inventory, and cash handling
