Role & responsibilities

- Identify and generate potential leads in the construction industry, including contractors, builders, architects, and developers.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of products.
- Do meeting with client and show them our company tools like catalogue, samples, lot photos and presentation of products.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients, negotiating terms and closing deals.
- Receiving and processing Purchase Order based on quotation
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any customer issues or concerns.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer relationships, and generate reports on sales performance.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Tracking and Collection of old payment from customers and close the order process
