Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead - AWS Specialist (Grade E) to lead our Cloud Infrastructure and DevOps transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and governing secure, scalable, resilient, and cost-efficient cloud-native solutions on AWS. This role requires strong technical leadership in cloud architecture, automation, reliability engineering, security, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Cloud Architecture Infrastructure
o Design, implement, and manage scalable AWS cloud environments using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation.
o Define cloud architecture standards, best practices, and governance frameworks.
o Drive modernization and cloud-native adoption across applications and platforms.
- Security Compliance
o Implement and enforce AWS security best practices including IAM, VPC, encryption, network security, and access controls.
o Ensure compliance with organizational, regulatory, and industry security standards.
o Conduct security reviews, risk assessments, and remediation planning.
