Role & responsibilities

- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and stakeholders to identify, analyze, and prioritize automation opportunities across business processes.
- Gather and understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient UiPath automation solutions.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end RPA solutions using UiPath Studio and REFramework in accordance with best practices and organizational standards.
- Configure, manage, and monitor bots, queues, assets, schedules, and processes through UiPath Orchestrator.
- Develop reusable automation components and ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure reliable automation delivery.
- Implement robust exception handling, logging, and monitoring mechanisms to enhance bot stability and performance.
- Monitor production automations, analyze performance metrics, and proactively identify optimization opportunities.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and collaborate with business users to ensure successful implementation.
- Create and maintain comprehensive process and technical documentation, including PDDs, SDDs, and deployment guides.
- Contribute to the implementation of advanced automation capabilities such as Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), OCR, AI Center, and other UiPath AI features.
- Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members and support knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Collaborate with external vendors and technology partners to evaluate capabilities and recommend suitable automation solutions.
- Ensure compliance with organizational security, governance, and development standards.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, MCA, or a related discipline.
- Overall 7+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years of hands-on experience in UiPath development and RPA implementation.
- Strong expertise in UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, and REFramework.
- Proven experience in designing, developing, deploying, and supporting enterprise-scale automation solutions.
- Strong programming knowledge in C#, VB.NET, or Python.
- Solid understanding of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) concepts, architecture, and development best practices.
- Experience working with UiPath activities, workflows, variables, data manipulation, queues, assets, and exception handling frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with web, desktop, email, PDF, Excel, and API-based automations.
- Exposure to Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), OCR technologies, AI Center, or other AI-enabled automation capabilities will be an added advantage.
- Experience working directly with customers, business stakeholders, Product Owners, and cross-functional teams.
- Positive understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills with the ability to handle complex automation challenges.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and team collaboration skills.
- UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) certification will be preferred.
