Role Description:
1. Execute daily work load assigned by Supervisors Engineers
2. Adhering the Cycle time for all production parts
3. Following Maintaining the TQM and 5S in Composites shop.
4. Optimum utilization of resources like (Material, Machine)
5. Manufacturing the FAI, Production parts output with 100% Quality
6. Following the Route card Process document executing the activities per process AOP's
7. Guide the fresh technicians on job training to improve their skill level.
8. Ensure the machine is working to the required level to meet the targets
