About the Role

Right Value Advertising is looking for a confident and target-oriented Female Sales Executive to handle cold calling, lead generation, client follow-ups, and relationship management.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional personality, and the confidence to speak with new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Make daily outbound cold calls to potential B2B clients.
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Introduce clients to our Outdoor Advertising, Hoardings, Unipoles, Wall Painting, Printing and Branding services.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable advertising solutions.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects through calls, WhatsApp and email.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Schedule client meetings for the senior sales team.
- Follow up on quotations, proposals and pending requirements.
- Maintain accurate lead, call and follow-up records in Excel/CRM.
- Coordinate with the operations and creative teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
- Achieve monthly calling, lead-generation, meeting and sales targets.




- Handle basic client queries professionally and escalate technical or operational matters when required.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, telecalling, business development, advertising, media, printing, real estate or related industries.
- Excellent Hindi and English communication skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with new people over the phone.
- Good persuasion, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, email and CRM.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work with sales targets.
- Presentable and professional personality.
- Prior B2B sales or advertising-industry experience will be an advantage.
