Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP IBP Lead to lead the design, implementation, integration, and support of SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) solutions. The candidate should have strong experience in supply chain planning processes, SAP IBP modules, S/4HANA integration, solution design, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead SAP IBP implementation, rollout, enhancement, and AMS/support projects.
- Design end-to-end SAP IBP solutions aligned with business and supply chain requirements.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into SAP IBP solutions.
- Lead solution design across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, S&OP;, and Response & Supply.
- Configure and optimize SAP IBP planning areas, key figures, attributes, planning levels, time profiles, and master data.
- Develop and manage IBP planning operators, supply planning heuristics, optimizer, and response planning.
- Design and manage integration between SAP IBP and SAP S/4HANA/ECC using appropriate integration technologies.
- Work with CPI/CI-DS and other integration mechanisms for master data and transactional data integration.
- Lead workshops, requirement gathering, solution demonstrations,



and functional design discussions.
- Review functional specifications and guide technical teams during development and integration.
- Perform solution validation, testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
- Provide technical/functional leadership to SAP IBP consultants and project teams.
- Support performance optimization and troubleshooting of IBP planning processes.
- Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, implementation methodology, documentation, and governance.
- Coordinate with cross-functional SAP teams including S/4HANA PP, MM, SD, APO, BW, SAC, and CPI.
- Manage project deliverables, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP IBP.
- Expertise in SAP IBP Demand Planning and Supply Planning.
- Strong knowledge of IBP S&OP; / Integrated Business Planning processes.
- Experience with SAP IBP Response & Supply and/or Inventory Planning.
- Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration with SAP IBP.
- Experience with SAP CPI / CI-DS integration.
- Robust knowledge of IBP configuration, planning areas, key figures, attributes, planning levels, and time profiles.
- Experience with SAP IBP Optimizer and Supply Planning Heuristics.
- Strong understanding of master data and transactional data integration.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience leading SAP IBP implementation/rollout projects.

Good-to-Have Skills

- SAP APO experience, particularly DP/SNP.
- SAP S/4HANA PP/MM experience.
- SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) integration/experience.
- SAP BW/BW4HANA knowledge.
- SAP IBP certifications.
- Experience with global SAP IBP transformation programs.
- Experience in Agile/SAP Activate methodology.
