Role & responsibilities

- Conduct basic nutrition and wellness consultations with customers.
- Understand customers' lifestyle, dietary habits and general wellness goals.
- Explain the nutritional benefits, ingredients and appropriate usage of Pharmanex products.
- Educate customers about healthy nutrition, lifestyle and wellness practices.
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations where required.
- Maintain robust product knowledge and stay updated on nutrition and wellness trends.
- Support the sales team by providing scientific and nutrition-related product information.
- Conduct nutrition awareness sessions, product presentations and customer interaction programs.
- Follow up with customers to understand their experience and provide appropriate product guidance.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the management and sales team for customer engagement activities.
- Ensure that all communication regarding products is ethical, accurate and compliant with applicable regulations.
- Build long-term relationships with customers through professional and knowledgeable guidance.
