Job Description
Inviting applications for the role Management Tranee Payroll Specialist The Payroll Specialist is responsible for ensuring timely accurate and compliant processing of employee payrolls across assigned countries or business units.
This role involves end-to-end ownership of payroll inputs validations reconciliations and coordination with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure a seamless pay experience for employees.
Responsibilities:
- Payroll Processing:
- Execute payroll transactions ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational policies and US statutory requirements.
- Validate employee data and ensure proper inputs for payroll calculations. Data Management:
- Maintain and update payroll databases ensuring data integrity.
- Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure adherence to local labour laws and tax regulations in payroll processing.
- Prepare and maintain payroll records and reports for compliance audits.
- Customer Support:
- Address payroll-related queries from employees and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless support.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in HR Management Finance Accounting or a related field.
- Proven experience in Payroll or a related role or similar role.
- Proficiency in payroll systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Five Days working from Office
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
- Preference of an understanding of Payroll module
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms Workday Ticketing tools and US statutory payroll requirements.
- Certification in payroll management is a plus.
