An Accounting Skilled, with at least 7 to 10 years of experience. Of this, at least 3-4 years has to be of Real Estate • Strong expertise in the Finalisation of accounts of Companies maintained under IND AS, • Experience in working on ERP system is essential • MBA Finance/ ICWA/CA (rank Holder preferred) • Drive Annual budgets, Financial Forecasting, Financial Reports, and projections for Accurate Reporting • Manage periodic cash flows with insights, and provide management with in-depth analysis of fund flow reports at the project & company level • Expertise in managing and motivating the TEAM • Should be apt at handling internal & external audits, and managing statutory compliances as per requirements • Act as Financial Controller, controlling and monitoring balance sheets with respect to time and costings. • Should have working knowledge of tax planning and tax management, company law matters, trademarks and registration, and managing investor relations • Experienced in handling banking relationships including providing timely information to financial institutions • Should be agile and understand the criticality of business & be apt in managing internal and external stakeholders
