Role & responsibilities

- Should have knowledge of modular work and also should be aware of cut list preparation.
- Office reporting in morning and end of day
- Monitor project process, compliance with design specifications and safety standards
- Have to lead the execution team and get daily updates of the work of all the sites and update in both company and client group WhatsApp. Need to send digital content of the work on a daily basis
- Responsible for the execution of work in the site as per design
- Updating the requirement of any material and manpower at the site at least two days prior for the smooth flow of work
- Coordinate with senior designer about the work status and any changes from time to time.
- Test material quality and approve before they are used
- Following up with contractors about the work as per the given schedule




- Have to write DPR on a daily basis
- Promote our brand whenever you visit the site and if any leads available share it with the sales team.
- Have to prepare the timeline along with the design manager.
- If there are any delays from the client side during execution the same should be informed to the design manager and to the client and change of timeline if any should be updated to the design manager.
- Will be responsible for site handover according to the timelines given to the client.

Preferred candidate profile

Preferable to have worked in the same profile for at least 2 plus years and should have knowledge about modular work
