Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Engineer to oversee and ensure the quality of construction activities across our luxury residential projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing quality assurance and quality control processes, conducting site inspections, ensuring adherence to project specifications, and maintaining exceptional workmanship standards throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires strong technical knowledge of civil construction, finishing works, quality standards, and site execution practices, with a particular focus on luxury construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and monitor Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) procedures at project sites.

Conduct inspections of materials, workmanship, and construction activities to ensure compliance with approved specifications and standards.

Verify execution of work as per approved drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and client requirements.

Perform routine quality audits and inspections for RCC works, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring,



and finishing activities.

Identify quality deviations, defects, and non-conformities, and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions.

Review and maintain quality records, inspection reports, testing records, checklists, and site documentation.

Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, Contractors, Consultants, and Vendors to achieve quality objectives.

Monitor and ensure superior finishing standards for premium villas, bungalows, and luxury interiors.

Conduct material testing and verification as per applicable standards and project requirements.

Support client inspections, consultant audits, snag-list closures, and project handover activities.

Promote a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement across project teams.

Ensure compliance with relevant IS Codes, quality standards, and construction best practices.

Required Skills and Competencies

Strong knowledge of construction quality management systems and QA/QC procedures.

Sound understanding of RCC works, finishing works, waterproofing, and luxury interior finishes.

Familiarity with Indian Standards (IS Codes) and construction quality requirements.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify defects proactively.

Solid site coordination and problem-solving skills.





Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

Good documentation, reporting, and record-management skills.

Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and construction documentation practices.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Diploma in Civil Engineering

BE/BTech in Civil Engineering

Experience

2 to 5 years of experience in Construction Quality Assurance and Quality Control.

Experience in residential, villa, bungalow, or premium construction projects preferred.

Exposure to luxury residential developments will be a strong advantage.
