- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues related to broadband services, BPO voice, ISP networks, and internet connectivity.
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvement.
Job Requirements :
- 2-4 years of experience in the telecom industry or similar field.
- Robust knowledge of broadband services, BPO voice, ISP networks, and internet protocols.
- Proven track record in team handling and leadership roles with excellent communication skills.
