TCS is looking for an experienced PLSQL Developer with strong expertise in Oracle database development, performance tuning, and data management. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining database objects and supporting business-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain Oracle PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and views.
- Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
- Optimize SQL queries and PL/SQL code for performance and scalability.
- Perform database performance tuning and troubleshooting.
- Work closely with application teams, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements.
- Support production deployments and resolve database-related issues.
- Ensure coding standards, documentation, and best practices are followed.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and release activities.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle PL/SQL Development.




- Expertise in SQL Query Writing and Optimization.
- Experience with Stored Procedures, Functions, Packages, Triggers, and Views.
- Knowledge of Performance Tuning and Query Optimization.
- Experience in Oracle Database 11g/12c/19c.
- Strong understanding of Database Design and Data Modeling.
- Experience in debugging and resolving production issues.

Preferred Skills

- Shell Scripting.
- Oracle Forms/Reports.
- ETL/Data Migration exposure.
- Knowledge of Banking, Finance, or Insurance domain.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Basic knowledge of Unix/Linux setting.

Educational Qualification

- BE/BTech/MCA/BSc/MSc (Computer Science/IT or related field).

Soft Skills

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
