Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end procurement function for multiple EPC projects.

Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.

Prepare annual procurement plans and budgets.

Manage procurement of civil, structural steel, PEB, MEP, electrical, mechanical, finishing, and solar materials.

Identify, evaluate, onboard, and develop strategic vendors and subcontractors.

Float RFQs/RFPs, evaluate techno-commercial bids, negotiate prices, and finalize purchase orders/contracts.

Drive cost optimization and value engineering initiatives.

Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials to project sites.

Monitor procurement schedules in coordination with Planning, Projects, Design, and QA/QC teams.





Lead contract negotiations and vendor performance management.

Develop and maintain supplier databases and procurement MIS.

Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock to minimize project delays.

Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, quality standards, and statutory requirements.

Resolve supply chain issues and mitigate procurement risks.

Lead and mentor the procurement team across multiple projects.
